Pamela (Arjinder Kaur) teaches Hatha Yoga, Core-Strengthening Yoga, Kundalini Yoga in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan, and Pilates.  She's been practicing Hatha Yoga since 1992, and Kundalini Yoga since 1999. She started teaching Hatha Yoga in 2002, and Kundalini Yoga when one of her teachers, Mehtab, suggested she start teaching in 2011.

Aimee will be offering a variety of workshops at our studio. Watch for the event postings on Facebook and in your emails. After practicing yoga for more than a decade, Aimee completed her 200RYT Vinyasa certification in 2014 and has been teaching ever since. Her style of classes vary in that she teaches flow, hatha, yin, and meditation. She finished her 300hr advanced teacher training focusing on yoga as therapy though Yoga Deza, led by Alexandria Pulfer,  to her 500RYT status. You can expect serious focus on alignment to keep the body safe when practicing with Aimee. Classes will include both strength building and stretching as well as breath work and meditation. Aimee is also a music educator and has been teaching students of all ages music for the past 12 years. When not leading a class, Aimee enjoys getting outside for hikes, making music with friends, crafting, and hanging out with her sweet dog, Luna.
