Larry (Siri Daya) teaches Kundalini Yoga and is our
gong player extraordinaire for our relaxation at the end of the Kundalini Yoga
classes. He started practicing Hatha Yoga about 3 years ago (even
continuing to practice and attend classes with a broken leg just last year!).
He fell in love with Kundalini Yoga and the sound of the gong during a workshop
with Mehtab and Guru Karam of YogaYoga in Austin, TX. He attended a gong
workshop with Mehtab to learn more about gong playing techniques -- you really
need to hear it to believe it. To read more about the gong visit our
Kundalini page. |
