Honey Sweets

Something we always have available at the studio is a basket of candy for our students so they can have a sweet treat after class.  And students will occasionally bring in a bag of candy to add to the basket.

And yes, many of the sweets available contain refined sugars.  But we are starting to offer candies (including truffles, toffee, pralines and caramels) made from honey.

Honey is one of natures purest foods containing many nutrients and amino acids.  Instead of the empty calories of refined sugars, the healthy properties of honey as the sweetener for these candies nuture your body as well as your spirit.

Now we offer these sweet confections to you.

The following Honey Pralines are $12.50 a pound (approximately 60-65 pralines per pound), plus shipping and tax, if applicable.

We will be adding chocolate and carob package gift items November through February, so check back then.

Pecan Pearl
The natural goodness of rich praline made of pecans and the caramelized note of mild Wyoming honey dances on your palate harmoniously with the soft morsels of pecans.

Almond Coconut
The balance of honey, bits of coconut and almonds and the calming influence of pure dairy cream and butter provide a rich aroma and a lasting finish to this chewy praline.
Caramel Kisses
Rich and buttery, this long lasting praline with exceptional softness is the very essence of natural goodness for a truly authentic taste sensation.
Creamy Fudge
The encounter between our unique Wyoming honey, robust walnuts and the finest carob, results in a sumptuous, creamy texture with a rich, deep flavor making this the perfect “unchocolate” praline.

Green Apple
The subtle aroma and taste of crisp green apples mixed with the exceptional flavor of mild Wyoming honey will transport you back to summers in the orchard.
The Mint
Cool and creamy, after dinner or before bed, the richness of sweet Wyoming honey combined with dairy cream and butter and the natural flavor of peppermint is perfect anytime.
Hawaiian Berry
A combination of coconut and strawberry melded with honey.  A great snack alternative that tastes wonderful is filling and good for you.
BeeHive Blend
Creamy and rich delights to savor with every bite. Each assortment contains Pecan Pearl, Almond Coconut Pralines, Creamy Fudge, Caramel Kiss, Green Apple, Cinna-Honey and Hawaiian Berry.
Pollen Drops
A pulled taffy, not a praline, the pollen is added while the taffy is being stretched, after the candy has cooled to preserve the excellent nutrients in pollen.
Black Walnut Praline

Black Walnuts add a rich taste and texture to this luscious caramel with a hint of maple and the soothing taste of honey in this black walnut praline.
