The RabBoar Studio
Tai Chi Chuan, Hatha & Kundalini Yoga and Pilates A Center for Internal and Physical Change, Development and Health
Breathe, Move and Glow
A place to work "out" is easy to find --
But what about the "real" you inside the body?
How can you keep you healthy, happy, and stress-free?
Come to our studio for more than just physical benefits
You'll be happier ... your family will be happier ... even co-workers will
notice the change
If you have some Yoga experience, are tired of the same old Sun Salutations over
and over, and enjoy a flowing routine with some challenging poses and
extended holds, our
Monday night more challenging class 5:45
- 7:00 pm is for you.
Come turn up the heat from the inside out.
And if you suffer from a tight, painful back or hips, try our
therapeutic lunch class at Green4Life, 213 W. Walnut St, Rogers.
I'm there on Mondays 11:30am - 12:30 -- cost is only $12.
And
strengthen your core muscles with our "Core Yoga" class on Saturdays 11:00AM to 12:15PM.
Using techniques from Kundalini Yoga and Viniyoga, we will move slowly
and with focus to strengthen our ab and back muscles, with plenty of good
stretching and a long relaxation or pranayama practice at the end. This class
is appropriate for all levels of experience.
To really turn up the heat, try our Kundalini Yoga classes --
(read more about Kundalini Yoga here).
Increase your energy, balance your chakras (energy centers), increase oxygen intake,
cleanse your organs, improve digestion, and open you heart -- only a few
of the benefits of a regular Kundalini Yoga practice. Our class is joyful and relaxed as we practice this Yoga tradition that has been
around for more than 6,000 years. AND (maybe the best benefit of
all) we have a great sound therapy meditation at the end thanks to our gong
player, Siri Daya.
Join us Monday through Thursday evenings (5:45 - 7:00pm) for a Tradition Kundalini Yoga class, at
2600 Hudson Rd., behind the Campus Book Store (same building, but
entrance and lots of parking in the back -- the building on the EAST
side of CarMart)
And as
is traditional, Yoga tea is served at the end of
every Kundalini Yoga class.
"Kundalini Yoga
is uncoiling yourself to find your potential and your vitality and to
reach for your virtues. There is nothing from outside. Try to understand
that. All is in you. You are the storehouse of your totality." Yogi
Bhajan
The many benefits of Tai Chi Chuan have been reported in health
magazines as well as TV specials. Our Tai Chi teacher hears every
week how his students have improved their balance, reduced dependency on
pain medications, even lowered their blood pressure so they can reduce
or eliminate medication they have been taking for years -- often
within a only few months of beginning a regular Tai Chi practice.
Join David and his students Mondays and Wednesdays
and enjoy your own health benefits.
